Nice Win for the City of Henderson

June 1, 2012

Henderson Municipal Power & Light has won an arbitration case against Big Rivers Electric Corp. over who gets to use or sell the city's surplus electrical capacity.

The City of Henderson was represented by a team of Wyatt lawyers that included Greg Haynes, Virginia Snell, David Calhoun and Sara Veeneman.
