Wyatt's Greg Haynes Selected as Louis D. Brandeis School of Law Outstanding Non-Alum for 2018

Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs is pleased to announce that Greg Haynes will be awarded as the 2018 outstanding non-alum of the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville at its annual award luncheon to be held on October 25th.  The awards honor members of the Brandeis School of Law community who have made significant achievements the practice of law. 

Greg Haynes was recently appointed by Governor Bevin to Kentucky’s Public Advocacy Commission for a five-year term.  His litigation-focused law practice has garnered numerous awards over the years, including the Distinguished Lawyer Award by the Kentucky Bar Association (2015), recognition by Kentucky Super Lawyers as #1 Lawyer in Kentucky (2015) and Woodard/White’s The Best Lawyers in America in the areas of Bet-the-Company Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Banking & Finance Litigation and Securities Litigation.  Mr. Haynes’ commitment to the community is reflected in his roles as Adjunct Professor of Trial Practice at the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law and Director of the Kentucky Opera.  He previously served as the President of the Louisville Bar Association, Director of the Louisville Metro Parks Board and Chairman of the Housing Authority of Louisville.  Mr. Haynes received his undergraduate degree from Davidson College and his J.D. from the University of Kentucky.
