Frank Mellen is a member of the Firm's Corporate & Securities Service Team.  He concentrates his practice in the areas of general business, mergers and acquisitions, business litigation, education law, and dispute resolution.  He also served on the Firm's Executive Committee and as the Firm's Partner in Charge of Ethics and Loss Prevention.
